Before the factory, there was the craft.

Our journey began in 2011 with commercial sublimation. We provided printing services to factories working for international clients, contributing one essential part of a much larger manufacturing process. That work gave us a close view of the care involved in turning a design into something a team could wear.

Colour, placement and consistency mattered every day. So did understanding what the next department needed. Working alongside other factories helped shape our approach: a garment is the result of many decisions, and those decisions need to connect.

In 2020, we brought the process together.

After years in sublimation, we decided to establish a separate factory with complete cut-to-pack production in-house. It was a deliberate step towards greater responsibility for the finished garment. Instead of contributing to only one stage, we could coordinate the work from the first pattern through to finishing and packing.

We brought together machinery, experienced employees and dedicated departments. Today, our pattern-making team works with a pattern plotter, our cutting department uses a laser cutting bed, and our stitching floor is equipped with more than 100 machines. Design, sublimation, embroidery, roll-to-roll transfer and finishing all contribute to the same production journey.

People make the machinery matter.

Equipment is an important part of our capability, but it is the people using it who turn a specification into a garment. Experienced employees understand how a small change to a pattern, seam or print position can affect the final piece. Their practical knowledge connects the design on screen with the clothing inside the finished carton.

We want our clients to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing ideas and explaining what their market needs. Every brand has its own identity. Our role is to understand that identity and help carry it through the manufacturing process.

A factory that keeps developing.

R&D is an important part of that relationship. We produce new samples with our clients and explore how fabric, construction and detailing can make a collection distinctive. Development is a conversation: an idea becomes a sample, a sample creates feedback, and that feedback helps shape the next decision.

Our fabric store holds regular stocks, and we also work with fabric manufacturers to explore new developments. This gives us a practical starting point for established products while leaving room for something different when a brand brings us a new challenge.

Traditional experience, supported by new tools.

We incorporate AI into order management and order-sheet building to help our team organise information. The purpose is straightforward: keep the brief clear and support the people responsible for reviewing it. Final specifications and manufacturing decisions still depend on human attention and agreement.

Our business is registered with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Pakistan Single Window (PSW). For international shipments, we work with FedEx, DHL, SkyNet, UPS and DPD, selecting arrangements around the destination and shipment requirements.
